The Highwaymen were a Country music super-group composed of four of the biggest outlaw Country artists: Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson. The band was active as a group between 1985 and 1995. År 2010 var Styles på audition som soloartist i TV-serien The X Factor, men slogs under ett senare skede ut ur tävlingen. Dock så kom han tillbaka, denna gång med fyra andra; Nial Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne och Louis Tomlinson, för att forma One Direction.<br/><br/>Tillsammans som grupp har de släppt fem album, där det sista "Made in the A.M." kom 2015.
